I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things come up that make it hard to keep your appointment. Your wellbeing is important to me, and so is making sure I can offer appointments to everyone who needs them.

If you need to cancel or move your session:

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email. This gives me a chance to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting.

If it’s less than 24 hours:

I may need to charge 50% of the session fee for late cancellations, and the full session fee if you miss your appointment without letting me know.

I understand that illness, family emergencies, or unexpected life events happen — in those situations, we can talk and see if the fee can be waived.

If you arrive late:

We’ll still need to finish at the scheduled time, so we can stay on track for the next client.
